Onsite and online participation Submission papers: OLA'2026 accepts submissions in three different formats. - S1: Extended abstracts of work-in-progress and position papers of a maximum of 3 pages - S2: Original research contributions of a maximum of 12 pages - S3: High-quality manuscripts that have recently, within the last two years, been submitted or accepted for journal publication Important dates Deadline December 19, 2025 Notification of acceptance January 23, 2026 Submission of final version and early registration March 06, 2026 Proceedings: Accepted papers in categories S1 and S2 will be published in the proceedings that will be available at the conference. In addition, S2 papers will be published in Springer indexed (SCOPUS, DBLP, ...) proceedings. Some special issues of indexed journals are also organized after the conference. General information: - Only PDF is accepted - Please use the following format file to submit: S1 (max 3 pages) or S2 (max 12 pages): Word or Latex S2 (max 12 pages) must follow the Springer format for Computer Science proceedings (SCOPUS), available in: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines S2 papers can be submitted in either format for review, but for those authors who want to opt for Springer CCIS proceedings (SCOPUS) the camera ready version of their paper must follow the Springer format (with a maximum length of 12 pages).
